1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 days processing period required to process international orders from the date your payment is received.

Damages and issues

We try our best to not list Imported Products which are susceptible to damage during transit, however if damages or defects are encountered, a refund or return is not guaranteed, but we will try out best to work with the supplier to receive a replacement or a partial or full refund.
